There were a few areas where I made minor guesses: I picked the Shah-2 under Shah-2 root at the link, and I also picked the intermediary CA instead of root file because the file name was structured the way you had it. Thank you. Finally I can log into Citrix Receiver on my Mac. This resolved the certificate error. I am still getting the error message, even though I have tried all steps several times over. I am running a Safari 8. The Citrix Reciever is vers.

I have importet the certificate, and approved it, but when I start my citrix client it keeps telling me I have choosen not to trust it. When i look in my keychain it is approved. I have rebootet my Mac, still the same problem. I use Mac OS I have exactly the same issue of Peter Jacobsen. Same goes for me.

Update van Citrix Receiver naar versie 1. Dat is via de browser niet te zien, maar wel via externe analyse. Daar kwam ik achter via: Het certificaat met het laagste nummer in de lijst is het Root certificaat. Dit was niet te zien via Safari, maar wel via SSL labs. Nadat ik die had toegevoegd lukte het om in te loggen. Thanks very much. Especially the link to the Commode site to grab the newest certificates. This article is intended for use by System Administrators. This issue may be caused by an out-of-date intermediate certificate installed at NetScaler Gateway. This does not mean that the CA certificates currently being used is expired but the CA has since released newer versions of that certificate. To confirm this, visit the NetScaler Gateway website using a web browser, and examine the certificate chain in the web browser.

You may wish to cross-check this by repeating with more than one web browser such as with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Then, compare all the certificates in the browser's certificate chain with the certificate chain at NetScaler Gateway. Compare all the serial numbers in the certificates and not just the Subject Name.

If there are any mismatches in intermediate certificates, this is a possible cause. The Receiver for Windows 4. If the browser trusts the intermediate, it trusts the server certificate, without going down to the root certificate and will display the newer version of the root from its certificate store and not the actual root certificate sent by the server or NetScaler Gateway.
